Prenatal Yoga


Our prenatal class has been especially designed to support you on your journey into motherhood. The focus is on breathing practices to promote relaxation and gentle movement to help relieve any discomfort, while keeping the body strong and supple in preparation for labour.

Postnatal yoga


Postnatal yoga is the ideal way to ease back into exercise after giving birth, and focuses on healing and strengthening the body to aid postnatal recovery.

This relaxed and supportive class helps you:

  • Release tension
  • Rebuild strength in key areas, eg abdomen and pelvic floor
  • Spend time with your baby and other new parents

Suitable after 6 weeks from birth (minimum). Babies 6 weeks to crawling.

Every Body Flow Yoga


Vinyasa yoga focuses on finding relaxation and endurance within more rigorous movement sequences. It helps build and maintain strong bones, muscles and connective tissue.

This helps maintain high metabolism, healthy posture, and an active and alive body

This is a dynamic yoga class, open to all levels. It’s emphasis is the importance of “being in your own skin” and to develop your practice from within.

Get up and flow yoga


A balanced and wholistic practice for body and for mind.
We will begin with a physical practice, flowing through both standing and seated postures. The session will end with a guided relaxation or guided meditation to ensure that both body and mind feel restored and relaxed. Expect to strengthen and lengthen the physical body, whilst also releasing tension, stress and quietening the mind.
Suitable for those new to yoga and more experienced practitioners alike, the class will be adapted for all levels.

Using mainly body weight, HIIT focuses on quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
