Mindfulness is a practice that when done on a regular basis can really help us cope with our busy minds. The aim of mindfulness is not to switch off our thoughts, but to be at ease with them. If you find yourself often caught up in worries about the past or the future, mindfulness practice is a brilliant way to alleviate stress that these worries can cause and to have clearer focus on the present moment.  Our mindfulness classes are open to anyone and no previous experience is required.
