Our pre natal yoga classes are now taking place every Wednesday from 12.30-1.30 with Rebecca Tieken.
Rebecca has practised yoga for 17 years and is also an independent midwife. She has seen, first-hand, how women who have practised yoga during their pregnancy have a more comfortable pregnancy, easier labour and are better able to manage the postpartum period. Therefore, it was an easy decision to combine her two passions and train to become and Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga teacher.
Rebecca’s motto is “a happy and healthy mum equals a happy and healthy baby”. Rebecca is dedicated to empowering women achieve happiness and health by promoting a smooth postnatal recovery whilst strengthening their bond with themselves and their bond with their new baby.

At on route, we understand everyone faces challenges and recognise that support takes many forms. Our local centre on South Ealing Road provides a range of therapies and activities that enable you to look after your mental health and wellbeing in a way that works for you.
There’s a certain mystery and stigma surrounding counselling, and it’s on route’s mission to change perceptions so that our community can embrace it and get the most from it. Counselling allows people to explore and think about things that may be worrying them, giving them the time and space to think through possible ideas. Find out more about Counselling
