Come and meet Helen Parker, a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, who will explore neuroscience and how the brain works. She’ll be discussing how stress, anxiety, depression and OCD are created and what we can do about it. You’ll be given insight into the importance of regulated sleep and how it affects our wellbeing. You will leave with a deeper understanding of how the brain drives all our behaviours and techniques for overcoming fears, building confidence and increasing our energy and zest for life.
