Acupuncture is as relevant today as it was more than two thousand years ago. It is recognised as being a highly effective treatment for many of modern life's challenges, and is treated for numerous issues including stress, digestion, endometriosis, phobias and addictions.
It is based on ancient principles that view pain and illness as signs that the body is out of balance. The overall aim of acupuncture is therefore to restore the body’s equilibrium.

There’s a certain mystery and stigma surrounding counselling, and it’s on route’s mission to change perceptions so that our community can embrace it and get the most from it. Counselling allows people to explore and think about things that may be worrying them, giving them the time and space to think through possible ideas. Find out more about Counselling
